What is different about a fractional practice
You keep your seniority without keeping the hours
Every assignment is a genuine CFO role with real ownership. What changes is that you decide how many days a month you give it, not a board.
You will not be selling
We bring the client and hold the commercial relationship. You are hired to do the finance work, not to carry a business development quota.
Assignments, not a bench
You are matched to a specific company with a defined scope and a defined rhythm. If the fit is wrong we say so early rather than making it your problem.
You work alongside people who have held the seat
Both partners have run regional finance functions and built companies of their own. Nobody here will ask you for a deliverable they could not produce themselves.
What we look for
Ten years or more in senior finance
Controller, Finance Director or CFO level. You have closed books, defended an audit and answered to a board or an investor.
Comfortable inside a small company
Our clients have between ten and three hundred staff. If you have only ever operated with a large team and a shared services centre behind you, this is a difficult transition.
Local statutory knowledge
Real working knowledge of at least one of Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong or Vietnam, including the filing calendar and the audit relationship.
Language
English throughout. Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Mandarin or French each open specific work.
Judgement over technique
The hardest part of this job is telling an owner something they do not want to hear, early enough for it to matter, without losing the relationship.

Is this employment or contracting?
Contracting. You invoice us or the client depending on the engagement structure, and we set that out clearly before you start.
How much work can I expect?
That depends on your availability and on demand in your market. We would rather be honest than encourage anyone to give up a stable position on the strength of a maybe. Most people start alongside existing commitments.
Can I keep my own clients?
Yes. We ask only that you tell us where a conflict might arise, and we will do the same for you.
What does the process look like?
